Who We Are

Our founder Ted Baumgardner grew up in a family of South Jersey contractors. As a Ground Intelligence Officer in the Marine Corps, he was trained to collect unstructured data, organize, synthesize and deliver it so that his commander could take action.

When he left the service, he started as an Estimator in his mom’s shop, where he encountered the same pattern of time constrained decision-making based on incomplete information. Guthrie AI was born to apply the latest advances in technology and structured decision making to ensure Glaziers everywhere can finally get ahead.
